With only two guest apartments, the property offers a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, far removed from crowded resorts and busy tourist destinations.
The extensive gardens provide plenty of quiet corners to relax while enjoying sweeping views across the Tuscan landscape all the way to the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
Panoramic Swimming Pool: Surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, our panoramic swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying at Casa Morandi.
Comfortable loungers and seating areas invite you to spend long afternoons relaxing under the Tuscan sun, enjoying the silence and the view.

Olive Oil & Honey: The landscape surrounding Casa Morandi is more than just scenery it is part of our way of life.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Our premium extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives grown without pesticides and harvested entirely by hand.
The result is a beautifully balanced oil with a fresh, fruity flavour that reflects the character of the land from which it comes.
Honey - We also produce small quantities of honey from bees that remain in their natural environment throughout the year.
By respecting the natural rhythms of the bees and avoiding migratory beekeeping, we are able to offer a honey that is distinctive, authentic, and available only in limited quantities.
